工作内容：
• 负责等静压新产品的开发。

• 负责等静压产品的原料的认证。
• Responsible fraw material accreditation fISO products.
• 负责用后问题产品进行剖析寻找事故原因并按要求撰写报告。
• Responsible fthe postmortem samples analysis ffailure root causes finding prepare the analysis report.
• 进行产品性能和工艺改进的生产试验。
• Execute the trials of existing products improvement, including both properties improvement production process improvement.
• 为销售/市场提供技术支持，进行实验调查
• Provide technical support to sales/marketing conduct experimental investigation
• 跟踪工厂的生产试验和客户的现场试验。
• Follow up production trials in plant field trials in customer sites.
• 支持市场部/销售部，跟踪客户实验，提供解决方案。
• Support Marketing/Sales by following up customer experiments providing solutions
职位要求Requirements：
2年以上工作经验，材料科学/陶瓷/冶金相关专业硕士。
2+ years experience, Masters degree in materials science/ceramics/metallurgy related field.
熟悉耐火材料原料如氧化铝，尖晶石，镁砂，石墨的性能指标及生产制造过程。
Familiar with main raw materials used frefractories, such as Alumina, spinel, Magnesia graphite, including the key properties manufacturing process.
熟悉耐火材料的常规性能指标及检测方法设备。
Familiar with common properties of refractories, as well as the testing methods equipment used.
熟悉耐火材料的开发流程及撰写试验报告。
Familiar with R&D workflow technical reports preparation.
了解炼钢行业及其工艺
Familiar with steel making industry as well as steel making process.
具有流利的英语交流技能（需要和欧洲总部人员开会交流）
Fluent English both speaking writing. (Needs to communicate with European colleagues frequently)
具有责任心及自我驱动力
Strong self-confident self-motivated.
