Responsibility：
1. Co-Pilot the Griffith Production System (GPS) program implementation with Plant Management Team ensure the health progress of program through workshop facilitation, coaching, assessments.
2. Comprehensively identify understsite losses cost-loss linkage set up manufacturing database, fproductivity, efficiency, capacity, quality, safety. Work with site team to achieve loss elimination through GPS/Lean activities.
3. Lead implement improvements initiatives through Lean methodology technology to improve productivity, capacity, and/quality where necessary.
4. Define build critical capability fthe site in different layers with 6-18 months outlook play as majcoach of site GPS capability building, build different layers of capability through daily problem-solving, team activities (autonomous maintenance preventive maintenance).
5. Coach engage plant management team, pillar team frontline associates on full involvement in continuous improvement activities, enhancing fully involvement culture of lean GPS.
6. Facilitaton plant GPE management to achieve business target manufacturing cost YOY 3% reduction, opportunity identification, progress management reporting.
7. Lead co-pilot with project team to ensure successful implementation of sites digital project. Provide coaching training to engage frontline associates fully participate in digital transformation.
8. Early involve in project design phase to embed lean design thinking mindset at the beginning stage ffuture expansion/Capital project.
9. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirement：
1.Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food engineering, IE equivalent.
2.Above 5 years of continuous improvement Lean production management experience
3.Good English speaking/writing skills..
4.Good communication skill; matured, in detail excellent interpersonal skills logical mind; Independent well-organized;
5.Think Creatively; initiative self-motivated.
6.Build Realistic Plans; good analytical problem-solving skills.
7.Strong leadership in influential team management.
8.Good commof Microsoft offices.
9.A good understanding of Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, DemFlow, Single Piece Flow, 5S, 8 types of waste, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Continuous Improvement Process, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma Communication Tools, Problem Solving, RCA
10.Engineering background will be preferred
11.Lean six sigma green belt black belt is a plus
