Description:
1.As a key member of the OC Guangde Plant Leadership Team, the Plant Controller acts as a dynamic leader on the plant leadership team fall aspects of the full financial context of the plant’s activities.
2.He/she is responsible fmaintaining a control environment that complies with the Company’s internal control policies Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).
3.He/she manages all the processes linked to financial planning & analysis in the plant.
4.Span of Control: the position will be responsible fmonitoring non-financial plant administrative processes linked to having impact on the objective of driving the plant’s profitability.
This position reports to the AP Business Finance Director.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnership with Plant leader to drive Plant performance
• Participates in the development of plant operational objectives & strategy to align with Corporate Business strategic objectives
• Pro-actively leads the development of productivity improvement, corrective actions, contingency plans to ensure facility financial results shareholder value is optimized

• Drive cost out initiatives with the Ops Team members

2. Financial Budget Forecast
• Leads the plant’s financial planning, budgeting forecasting processes
• Prepares delivers the plant’s financial forecasts projections
• Leads the plant’s monthly closing process
• Communicates results effectively timely to the plant management segment Finance Leader

3. Cost management/Improvement driving Plant profitability
• Leads actions in line with TPM thinking methodology to achieve targets, mitigate risks prioritize resource needs

• Provides investment analysis
• Assists in contract evaluation negotiation where needed

4. Inventory working capital management
• Develop the process to monitinventory regularly to minimize the slow moving materials, improve inventory efficiency, support monitthe annual inventory stock counting to align with corporate policy.
• Perform the analysis accurately fSMOI LCM.
• Support plant to prepare the capital document verify the financial analysis feach capital project.
• Support project team to take the annual CAPEX post audit.

5. Financial Operational Controls
• Ensures there is an effective efficient system of internal controls including data integrity, asset protection, segregation of duties, budgeting, financial reporting, information systems adherence to corporate policies governmental regulations (GAAP, SOX compliance, etc.)
• Leads coaches the plant management team to ensure that accountability finternal controls is clear processes are documented
• Drives a robust controller representation letter a documented process that provides assurance visibility to a sound internal control environment
• Leads the Continuous Sign-off process to ensure that accountability finternal controls is clear validated
• Act as a role model fstandards of integrity. Establish a clear “tone at the top” regarding business conduct, ethics, the law financial controls. Maintain independence in the view assessment of the business control environment.

Job Requirements
Prerequisites:
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated analytical ability accompanied by knowledge of corporate finance manufacturing costing principles, understands P&L balance sheet dynamics
• Demonstrated high growth in previous experience
• Profound leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages is an asset
• Good skills on Windows, Word, Excel, Power point Outlook
Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting relevant discipline at least equivalent through proven track record working experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar function in an industrial operations environment
2. Experience in operating in a range of economic conditions, i.e. expansion, contraction, stable economic conditions - forecasting, scenario planning, risk analysis contingency development
3. Providing leadership within a manufacturingganization leading operation planning, savings, forecasting investment analysis
4. Participating in the development of strategic plans
5. Familiarity knowledge of ERP system costing module (SAP preferred)
6. Experience in people management with skills to handle a team multi stakeholders
