Summary/Objective摘要/目标
Assist to ensure all EHS activities compliance with legal laws in PRC Corporate standard. Achieve maintain high Safety, Environment Occupational Health goals: Zero IRR, Zero Occupational Disease, Zero government fine, Zero Environmental Accident/release. 协助确保所有EHS（环境、健康和安全）活动符合中国法律法规和公司标准。实现并保持高安全、环境和职业健康目标：零工伤事故率（IRR）、零职业病、零罚款以及零环境事故/排放。
Essential Functions/基本职能
1. Assist to set up, maintain implement Safety, Health & Environment policies, procedures management program to meet all kinds of requirements from government Pulcra management team. 协助制定、维护和实施安全、健康与环境政策、程序和管理方案，以满足政府和科凯（Pulcra）管理团队的各种要求。
2. Assist to Build up implement an EHS management working culture, implements ISO 14001 environment requirements special work permits. 协助建立并实施EHS（环境、健康与安全）管理机制和工作文化，同时落实ISO 14001环境标准要求及特殊工作许可制度。
3. Liaise with authorities legal experts, ensure company to be compliant with all local & National regulations laws on EHS, timely remind company management of EHS risks non-compliance issues make effective correction proposal. 保持与当局和法律专家联络，确保公司遵守所有当地和国家有关EHS的法规和法律，及时提醒公司管理层EHS风险和不合规问题，并提出有效的纠正建议。
4. Review the design & process Support MOC (Management Of Change) from all Dept. on EHS matters, to achieve continuous improvement. 审查设计和流程，并就EHS事宜支持所有部门的MOC（变更管理），以实现持续改进。
5. Review all necessary training requirements to obtain the training information arrange the related training keep the record. 审查所有必要的培训要求，以获取培训信息，安排相关培训并做好记录。
6. Responsible fERP, security site EHS management. 负责ERP、安保和现场EHS管理。
7. Be responsible fmanaging the disposal, storage, treatment of hazardous waste to reduce the risk cost. 负责管理危险废物的处置、储存和处理，以降低风险和成本。
8. Develop implement a chemical approval program. Conduct monitchemical management system. 制定并实施化学品审批程序。执行和监控化学品管理系统。
9. Lead conduct regular EHS inspection audits within the facility, monit& patrol, transform a highly efficient Corrective & Preventive Action Program & realization. 组织在工厂内进行定期的EHS检查和审计，监督和巡逻，转变高效的纠正和预防措施计划并实现。
10. Investigate environmental work-related injuries/illnesses to identify causes corrective/preventive actions. Track to closure all identified corrective preventive actions. 调查环境和工作相关的伤害/疾病，以确定原因和纠正/预防措施。跟踪并关闭所有已确定的纠正和预防措施。
11. Set up,ganize, coordinate evaluate EHS activities, e.g. projects EHS related activities, PPE management, firefighting, Emergency Response Drill, Chemicals leakage, Epidemic prevention control, First Aid, incidents etc. 建立、组织、协调和评估EHS活动，例如项目EHS相关活动、PPE管理、消防、应急响应演习、化学品泄漏、流行病预防和控制、急救、事件等。
12. Responsible fall EHS test job Occupational check on time to meet EHS requirements of laws regulations. 负责按时完成所有EHS测试工作和职业检查，以满足法律法规的EHS要求。
13. Supervise achieve all safety-related licenses. Coordinate EHS related issues with neighbors, landlords, respond to regulatory requirements of official Wechat groups. 监督并取得所有安全相关许可证。与邻居、房东协调EHS相关问题，并及时响应官方微信群的监管要求。
14. Make monthly report summary: monthly report of energy, water, industrial output value other monthly report,ganize monthly EHS meeting, put forward suggestions fcontinuous improvement of EHS management, supervise the implementation of EHS corrective preventive measures. 完成月度报告和总结：能源、水、工业产值和月度报告，组织月度EHS会议，提出EHS管理持续改进建议，监督EHS纠正和预防措施的实施。
15. Daily safety supervision EHS management in new construction site. Set up new EHS rules, policies systems in new site. 新施工现场的日常安全监督和EHS管理。在新工厂建立新的EHS规则、政策和制度。
16. Complete assignments delegated by the superiManagement Team. 完成上级和管理团队委派的任务。
Required Education Experience/所需教育和经验
1.Bachelabove degree, majin safety management chemical engineering related. 本科及以上学历，安全管理或化工相关专业。
2.More than 8 years chemical industry experience, 5 years EHS management experience in chemical plant. 8年以上化工行业工作经验， 5年以上化工厂EHS管理经验。
Preferred Education Experience/学历和经验优先
1.National Certified Registered Safety certificate is a must. 需有注册安全工程师证
2.Priority given to experience in chemical safety management in foreign enterprises. 外企化工安全管理经验优先
