• Participate with Project Mgmt. from initial phase to follow project implementation-follow check list.
• The Release of the Technical Specification (follow Guideline).
• Lead the design review of the production line.
• Work together with Packaging/Logistic Eng. on developing material feeding, bins, material distribution, Kanban racks / supermarket (if need it), material delivery frequency.
• Track the production line manufacturing progress.
• Lead the pre-acceptance work of the production line.
• Lead the installation commissioning of the production line.
• Responsible fthe release of production line-related documents (WI/DWC/PFMEA. etc.).
• Production line LOP problem tracking, solution, feedback.
• Cooperate with the work of relevant departments.
• Complete the predetermined indicators related to the production line (CT/HC/Budget).
• Device downtime rate is decreased.
• The reduction of scrap rate.
