Essential Responsibilities 岗位职责
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop implement sourcing strategies felectronic components to ensure supply continuity, cost optimization & competitiveness, support on year-over-year cost down strategies definition deployment globally specifically in one region
• Align drive various internal stakeholders (Engineering, SQM, PM, Supply Chain, Sales) on strategy definition felectronic components, ability to formulate on an electronic component strategy
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, manage a global network of suppliers. Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, terms. Ability to strategically engage with electronic component manufacturers, evaluate their innovation roadmap eagerness to engage win deals with IEE
• Monitor/mitigate Suppliers Risks (geopolitical, financial, supply chain resiliency)
• Drive electronic components long-term deals supporting divisional year-over year price reduction strategic global agreements
• Experience needed with active components.
• Familiarity with both active passive components
• Awareness of obsolete end-of-life (EOL) component risks lifecycle management.
• Market Analysis: Monitmarket trends, component availability, pricing developments to anticipate risks opportunities pro-actively share on market information to internal stakeholders
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, R&D, quality, production teams to align purchasing strategies with technical operational requirements.
• Cost Management: Drive cost reduction initiatives through value analysis, supplier consolidation, alternative sourcing.

• Risk Mitigation: Develop contingency plans manage supply chain risks, including geopolitical, logistical, quality-related issues.

-战略寻源：制定并执行电子元器件寻源策略，保障供应连续性、实现成本优化并提升竞争力；协助制定及在全球范围（及特定区域）推行年度降本策略。
-协调并推动内部各相关部门（工程、供应商质量管理、项目管理、供应链、销售）参与电子元器件策略制定，具备独立规划电子元器件策略的能力。
-供应商管理：发掘、评估并管理全球供应商网络；主导价格、合同及条款谈判；能够与电子元器件制造商开展战略性合作，评估其创新路线图，推动其积极与 IEE 达成合作。
-监控并降低供应商风险（地缘政治、财务、供应链韧性相关风险）。
-推动电子元器件长期合作项目落地，助力实现区域性年度降价目标，达成全球化战略合作协议。
-具备有源元器件相关工作经验。
-熟悉有源及无源元器件。
- 具备识别元器件淘汰与停产（EOL）风险的意识，掌握元器件生命周期管理方法。
- 市场分析：监控市场趋势、元器件供应情况及价格动态，预判潜在风险与机遇，并主动向内部相关方分享市场信息。
- 跨职能协作：与工程、研发、质量及生产团队紧密协作，确保采购策略符合技术与运营需求。
- 成本管理：通过价值分析、供应商整合及备选寻源等方式，推动降本项目实施。
- 产能管理。
- 理解网络安全发展规划。
- 风险管控：制定应急预案，管理供应链各类风险，包括地缘政治、物流及质量相关问题。
岗位要求：
Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degrees in engineering, Economics, Supplier Chain Management similar
Technical Skills
• At least 3 years’ experience in Project Purchasing Category Management fPurchasing in an international automotive company
• Good understanding of automotive electrical/electronic product
• Be familiar with some manufacturing processes in automotive industry
• Solid skills in cost estimation
• Strong knowledge of electronic components (e.g., semiconductors, PCBs, connectors, microcontrollers, crystal, semi-active passive components).
• Proven negotiation contract management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage strategically with electronic components
Language Skills
• English reading writing ability. CET 4/6 is preferred
IT Skills
• MS Office Software
• SAP
Soft Skill
• Experience supporting sites/regions yearly action plans deployments global strategy background experience on electronic components cross-functional teams
• Successful experience deploying distribution agreements with key e-component distributors
• Excellent analytical, negotiation problem-solving skills
