MAJJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Assure adherence to SOX Hubbell Accounting practices set up a standard robust accounting control system in China.
2.Work side by side with local business team to develop improvement plans make financially sound business decisions3.Assist to work with local segment leadership to develop the Annual Operating Plan Profit Objectives fthe Business analyze the monthly outcome forecast.
4.Work with Internal External Auditors as required.
5.Lead role in SAP OneStream conversion any other reporting system required by corporate.
6.Travelling to the manufacturing sites outside of Shanghai on-site closely working with local business team are must.
7.Special projects as assigned.
EDUCATION:
1.Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance
2.Masters Degree in Business preferred
PREFERRED TRAINING:
1.Strong hands on SAP experience a significant plus.
2.Proficiency in excel OneStream helpful.
3.Excellent in English communication.
4.5+ years cost accounting experience using SAP in a manufacturing environment.
5.Good sense on business involvement leadership willing to develop career on financial management.
6.Be familiar with using the finance analysis tool as HFM Smartview One stream.
