霍尼韦尔博云航空系统（湖南）有限公司由霍尼韦尔公司和湖南博云新材料股份有限公司联合组建。公司注册资金8000万美元。公司主要经营飞机机轮刹车系统的设计、研发、生产、测试等业务，同时提供炭刹车的相关服务。公司于2012年8月8日在湖南省长沙市麓谷高新技术开发区正式成立，建成后将主要承担中国商飞公司C919大型客机机轮和刹车系统等研制生产任务，同时也为其他民用飞机提供机轮刹车系列服务。
Honeywell Boyun Aero Systems(Hunan) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture formed by Honeywell Hunan Boyun Materials, the company registered capital of 80 million US dollar. Our main business are the design,R&D, production, testing of the aircraft wheel brakes, manufacturing of carbon brakes. The company was officially formed on 8 Aug 2012, the location is Lugu High-Tech Development Zone, Changsha, Hunan Province. Once built, we mainly provide brakes wheels fCOMAC C919 potential other airframe manufacturers .
