傲乐科学仪器（上海）有限公司 （Aurora） 成立于 1995 年，为全球用户和 OEM 客户生产创新、高品质的电极、分析传感器和化学解决方案。母公司分析传感器和仪器公司（ASI）成立于1989年，总部设在美国得克萨斯州休斯敦.2019 年 11 月，ASI 和 Aurora 与另一家美国实体 Van London Co. 正式合并，成为"AlpHa 测量解决方案有限责任公司"的新集团下的姊妹公司。（Alpha）。新的Alpha公司现在所属 Prarie Capital。Prarie Capital成立于20多年前，拥有6只基金，已进行了90多个平台投资。 Prarie Capital 的专业领域是对投资的公司进行整合，他们也对 Alpha 的快速增长前景感到非常兴奋。

Parent company Analytical Sensors & Instruments Inc. (ASI) founded in 1989, Headquartered in Houston Texas USA.In November 2019, ASI and Aurora together with another US entity named Van London Co., have officially joined forces and serve as sister companies under a new parent company named “AlpHa Measurement Solutions, LLC.” (AlpHa). New company Alpha now is owned by Prairie Capital. Prairie was founded over 20 years ago, with six funds and has made more than 90 platform investments. Prairie Capital expertise is in scaling companies and is excited about rapid growth prospects at Alpha.
