Joy Global (Huainan) Mining Machinery Co., Ltd (Joy HN for short hereby), a subsidiary wholly funded by Joy Global Inc., is located in Huainan, a city known as one of the thirteen bases of 100 million tons coal production per year in China. Joy HN is seated in Huainan Economic & Technical Development Zone, Beijing-Fuzhou high-speed railway to the east, Hefei-Huainan-Fuyang express way to the south and only 300 meters away from State Road 206. It is within China Changjiang River Delta economic circle, has an obvious geographical advantage and convenient transportation.
公司是久益环球旗下*大的井工矿用输送装备研发、制造基地和中国*台脱钩式刨煤机的诞生地，致力于为客户提供一站式长壁输送系统的整体解决方案,不但承担着久益环球集团服务全球客户的相关产品制造任务，而且注重适合中国市场的产品研发和制造。公司主导产品为煤矿综采工作面用可弯曲刮板输送机及其配套的转载机、破碎机、转载机自移系统、皮带机自移机尾、刨煤机等输送、采煤装备。产品共有6大类、32个系列、423个品种规格，涵盖了当今所有刮板机系列，适用于各种煤层的工作面条件，遍及中国各大煤矿及澳大利亚等发达国家煤矿，开创了中国首次向发达国家出口成套煤矿输送装备的先例；并且公司是全国*个取得刨煤机安标证的企业，其研发制造的适用于薄煤层开采的2大系列、8款刨煤机一直走在刨煤机技术研发的*前沿，畅销全国15个矿业集团的24个煤矿，尤其是全球首台数控刨煤机和刨煤机无人工作面系统将极大的提高刨煤机的适用性、可靠性和安全性，是刨煤机技术的革命性进步和极薄煤层开采的终极解决方案。
Joy HN, the first drag-hook plough birthplace in China, is the largest developing and manufacturing base of underground conveying equipment of Joy Global and is committed to provide customers with integrated solutions to the whole underground longwall conveying system and it not only manufactures related Joy branded products which are widely serving the global market but also develops and manufactures products suitable for the Chinese market. The key products of Joy HN for fully-mechanized underground coal mining are Armored Face Conveyor, Bridge Stage Loader, BSL Self-advancing System, Impact Roll Crusher, Belt Tailpiece and Sliding Plough etc. which are composed of 6 categories, 32 series and 423 varieties, covering all current AFC series applicable to a variety of coal seams throughout in different mines of China and developed countries such as Australia. In 2011, Joy HN created a precedent of full coal mining conveying system exported from China to the developed country. Joy HN, as the only domestic company of MA certification of Sliding Plough, has developed and manufactured 2 series with 8 varieties of ploughs used in low seam conditions, which have been bestsellers in 24 mines of 15 mining groups, especially the first NC plough in the world and ploughs of no-man coal system which improve ploughs’ applicability, reliability and security greatly and will definitely be the revolutionary progress and the ultimate solution to the very low seam mining.
在久益环球技术中心的支持下，我们充分分享了久益环球*的技术资源并建立了强大的研发机构，拥有50余位专业技术人员，4位外籍专家。机构下设焊接、链轮轴组、热处理等研究部门，从事矿用输送装备专业部件的工艺优化和工艺创新，同时和各大矿用装备检测中心、安徽理工大学建立了长期科研合作战略关系。截至目前，公司共拥有24项国家专利，13项专利正在申报之中，逐步完善了技术创新体系，其中槽宽1米以上的超重型刮板输送机完全由久益环球英国技术中心设计完成。
With the sincere support of Joy’s Technology Center, Joy HN has established a capable R & D organization, consisting of more than 50 professional and technical engineers and four foreign experts. Besides, we also have research institutions concerning about welding, sprocket and heat treatment, etc., engaged in the optimization and innovation of engineering technology of AFC components. In recent years, we are sparing no efforts in the AFC research, and have built up long-term cooperation strategic relationships with major mining equipment testing centers and universities such as Anhui University of Science and Technology. Up to now, we have 24 valid national patents, 13 more patents being declared, gradually improving the technological innovation system, with inner-raceway width of 1000mm AFC all designed by Joy.
