上海全球卫星导航有限公司为具有独立法人资格的经济实体。成立于1995年，始终专注于卫星通信、定位导航及其相关领域产品与系统的设计、生产与销售。公司荣获上海市高新技术企业、虹口区小巨人企业、上海市中小企业“品牌产品/服务”等荣誉称号，2009年通过ISO9001质量体系认证。公司坚持以市场为导向，以技术求生存，以创新、自主知识产权谋发展。自成立以来，相继获得部级科技进步奖、国家科技进步奖等荣誉称号。公司多个产品归属上海市高新技术成果转化项目。在不断拓展已有产品市场份额的同时，公司不断加强用户需求与技术研发方面的投入，力求推出*被用户所需要的产品。通过*早为国家*大型北斗民用示范项目“南沙海域渔船船位监测系统”提供北斗终端设备的研制与生产，在北斗卫星相关市场不断进取，逐渐成为北斗卫星系统在海洋渔业方向*大的设备供应商。同时，为提升公司在卫星定位导航领域的研发竞争力，实时了解国际发展动态，增进国际间交流合作，公司还与英国诺丁汉大学（The University of Nottingham）建立了基于卫星定位导航方向的联合实验室—“全球卫星导航联合实验室”。

GSNTec is a company who was founded at Shanghai, China in 1995. GSNTec manufactures and sells Satellite-related products and solutions to a wide spectrum of customers from the aviation and maritime worlds, in addition to a large number of users on land in various industries. During the last decade GSNTec has established itself as one of the major players in the Satellite-related industries.

Nottingham-Shanghai Joint GNSS Laboratory that we have cooperated with the University of Nottingham had successfully promoted the technology of our GNSS products.
