Responsibilities:
1.M&A Financial Integration Management
Oversee comprehensive financial integration of the acquired plant, ensuring smooth transition of financial data systems
Establish financial management procedures during the transition period with regular progress reporting to headquarters
Coordinate all parties to complete financial system migration accounting book consolidation
2.Production Financial Management
Responsible fplant cost accounting analysis, providing regular cost reports
Monitcost items including raw materials, labmanufacturing overhead
Optimize inventory management processes to improve turnover efficiency
3.Production Financial Management

4.System & Process Optimization
Lead implementation application of financial systems (ERP)
Optimize financial workflows to improve month-end closing efficiency
Provide management decision support through system tools
5.Cross-department Collaboration
Collaborate with production, procurement other departments to optimize business processes
Support headquarters finance team in consolidation reporting
Assist Plant General Manager in operational management decisions
6.Cross-functional Coordination
Support APAC subsidiaries in budgeting, tax filing, CAPEX inventory management
Collaborate with IT business teams to optimize financial system functions
Qualifications:
1) 10+ years financial work experience in manufacturing industry, including 6+ years plant financial management experience
2) Preference given to candidates with financial management experience in listed companies multinational corporations
3) Proficient in ERP systems, AARO similar group reporting systems
4) Solid knowledge of GL, AP/AR, tax filing inventory management
5) Ability to collaborate with IT/business teams to drive system optimization
6) Good commof English
7) Bachelors degree above in Finance/Accounting
8)CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred, Intermediate Accounting Certificate
