岗位名称：
Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant / 微软365BC系统顾问

岗位职责：
• 在 Dynamics 365 BC 系统中搭建并维护业务基础架构与运营流程。
• 制定ERP系统改进方案。
• 协同全球子公司分析、设计并实施解决方案。
• 确保质量管控及文档编制工作。
• 担任亚太地区子公司的 ERP 对接专员及咨询顾问。
• 处理全球范围内的系统支持需求，并开展用户培训工作。

Your Role:
• Set up maintain business fundamentals operating processes in Dynamics 365 BC.
• Develop proposals fERP system improvements.
• Analyze, design, implement solutions with our global subsidiaries.
• Ensure quality assurance documentation.
• Serve as the ERP contact consultant fsubsidiaries in the APAC region.
• Handle global support requests deliver user training.

任职要求：
• 本科学历，计算机、经济学、信息系统或相关专业。
• 具备微软 Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision 经验。
• 普通话流利，英语达到工作水平。
• 熟悉中国会计及税务相关法规者优先考虑。
• 具备出色的沟通能力、团队协作能力及客户导向思维。
• 接受国际出差安排（出差频率约 10%-20%）。

Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Economics, Information Systems, related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision.
• Fluent in Mandarin professional English.
• Knowledge of Chinese accounting tax regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, customer-oriented mindset.
• Willing to travel internationally (approx. 10 to 20%).
