任职资格 ：
一、教育背景
学历要求：本科及以上学历，优先机械、材料、化工、质量管理等工科专业
二、工作经验要求
1.工作经验： 3年以上质量管理或SQE岗位经验，具备石化、能源、重装等行业背景，熟悉压力容器/压力管道生产制造标准及焊接知识
2.行业匹配性：有压力容器、阀门、泵、压缩机、管道系统等关键部件质量管理经验者优先
三、技能要求
1.语言要求：英语听说读写良好，英语口语能沟通
2.质量管理体系：熟悉 ISO 9001，了解 ASME、API、PED 等行业标准
3.核心质量工具：熟练运用8D报告、QC七大手法 等工具进行风险预防与问题闭环管理
4.技术能力：能读懂机械图纸、工程规范与检验标准（如AQL抽样）、熟悉焊接工艺评定（WPS/PQR）、无损检测（NDT）、热处理等关键过程控制点
5.现场审核能力：能独立开展QSA（质量体系审核）和QPA（过程审核），并推动供应商整改落实
6.问题解决能力：面对来料异常或市场反馈缺陷，能快速组织8D分析，追踪根本原因并验证纠正措施有效性
7.沟通协调能力：需频繁出差至供应商现场，协调多方资源解决问题
8.风险意识强：能识别供应商在工艺稳定性、产能、原材料追溯、合规性等方面的潜在风险，并制定应对策略

Requirements of Job:
1.Educational requirements: Bachelors degree above, with priority given to engineering majors such as mechanical engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, quality management
2.Work experience: Over 3 years of experience in quality management SQE positions, with backgrounds in industries such as petrochemicals, energy, heavy equipment，Familiar with the production manufacturing standards welding knowledge of pressure vessels/pressure pipelines
3.Industry compatibility: Candidates with experience in quality management of key components such as pressure vessels, valves, pumps, compressors, pipeline systems are preferred
4.Language requirements: Good English listening, speaking, reading, writing skills; able to communicate in spoken English
5.Quality Management System: Familiar with ISO 9001, familiar with industry standards such as ASME, API, PED, etc
6.Core quality tools: Proficient in using 8D report, QC seven majtechniques other tools frisk prevention problem closed loop management
7.Technical Capability: Can understmechanical drawings, engineering specifications, inspection standards (such as AQL sampling)，familiar with key process control points such as welding procedure qualification (WPS/PQR), non-destructive testing (NDT), heat treatment, etc
8.On site audit capability: able to independently conduct QSA (Quality System Audit) QPA (Process Audit), promote the implementation of supplier rectification
9.Problem solving ability: In the face of abnormal incoming materials market feedback defects, able to quicklyganize 8D analysis, track root causes, verify the effectiveness of corrective measures
10.Communication coordination skills: Need to frequently travel to supplier sites, coordinate multiple resources to solve problems
11.Strong risk awareness: able to identify potential risks of suppliers in terms of process stability, production capacity, raw material traceability, compliance, etc., develop response strategies
