JOB SUMMARY：
This position is fsourcing electronic commodities on a global basis support INET new electricity product development.
RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Design implement strategic sourcing plan fcommodities /BOM materials such as electronics parts fPCBA(PCB,IC chips, Connectors, Power supply, Cable assembly) from local global supply market.
2. Coordinate with R&D, engineering department QA department on the selection qualification of new supplier and/new materials as per sourcing procedure.
3. Identify develop capable supplier with competitive cost high quality.
4. Manage RFQ on a daily basis, negotiate Price, T&C Purchase Contract with supplier in long term partnership, deliver the company’s cost saving target.
5. Request manage material sample from suppliers, follow up test in laboratory provide feedback to supplier.
6. Work closely with day-to-day purchasing team, continuously monitimprove supplier’s performance on Cost, OTD, quality responsiveness by regular evaluating on the performance of suppliers.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED：
1. Bacheldegree above ， candidate with & knowledge of PCBA Electronic circuit is preferred.
2. >5 years of working experiences of NPI Strategic procurement experience in a global EMS company and/a EMS manufacturing plant.
3. Fluent English in reading, writing speaking; must have CET-4 higher qualification in English.
4. Ability to read understbills of material other technical as well as knowledge on commercial documents.
5. Strong cross function/country communication skill.
6. Excellent negotiation skills good experience of outsourcing process.
7. Self-driven pro-active, good analytical, problem solving decision-making skills.
