This position is responsible festablishing, maintenance implementation of EHS & infrastructure management system within Changxing Branch: Assist with PTCN EHS manager to maintain an adequate EHSMS in regional level; Maintain proper internal external communication with stakeholders regarding EHS & Infrastructure topic of Changxing Branch.
Role Responsibilities:
61 Assist with PTCN EHS Manager to maintain. Optimize implement an adequate regional EHSMS, including but not limited to policies, guidelines, procedures. Work instructions, relevant forms.
61 Develop maintain an adequate safety work instruction system within Changing branch positively. e.g. compiling, review, issuing training.
61 Ensure the effective implementation of EHS MS within Changxing Branchs risk identification evaluation, environmental factors identification evaluation, EHS committee program, EHS inspection program, contractmanagement, releasing "permit to work", “PPE management."
61 Develop maintain an effective emergency response system within Changxing Branch positively, e.g. typhoon, storm rain, earthquake unexpected pollution emission event power shutdown.
61 Carry out site EHS support to project execution team via risk communication, safety training, EHS inspection other systemic tools.
61 Manage provide adequate infrastructure service within Changxing branch, including but not limited to: maintenance of fire control system, asset management, spare parts consumable storage management, energy consumption monitoring optimization, cleaning management, waste management, canteen service.
61 Ensure a well-organized infrastructure management within Changxing Branch, e.g. assets list, maintenance plan, maintenance program, of plant layout drawing.
61 Other assignments by PTCN EHS Manager, Infrastructure manager branch head.
Requirements:
61 Bachelors degree above with majin safety/environmental/mechanical/electrical /other engineering major
61 Be familiar with machinery safety lifting operation safety have basic knowledge to public facilities management (compressed air system, lighting system, power supplying system earthing system, fire control system, canteen service.)
61 At least 3 years working experience in EHS 1 year experience in infrastructure. working experience in integral EHS infrastructure role is preferred.
61 Working experience in a multinational manufacturing company is preferred.
61 ISO14001/45001/9001 internal audit certificate is preferred
61 National safety professional certificate (CSP of China) is preferred
61 Good commofal written English
61 Good communication teamwork spirit
61 Good commof MS office
