Job Responsibilities
1.Develop expnew markets customer resources across Europe, focusing on automotive OEMs automotive supply chain manufacturers.
2.Independently manage the full-cycle development of new projects, including inquiry follow-up, quotation, sampling, qualification verification, mass production docking,der conversion.
3.Maintain manage key European clients, establish stable long-term cooperative relationships, continuously improve customerder volume loyalty.
4.Conduct market research, competitanalysis, industry trend analysis to formulate regional sales strategies annual development plans.
5.Communicate collaborate frequently with global subsidiaries to synchronize project progress, quality feedback, delivery arrangements, resolve cross-regional business issues.
6.Conduct business negotiations, contract review,der tracking, payment follow-up, ensuring standardized risk-controlled overseas sales operations.
7.Complete regular sales reports, project summaries, market development reviews.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree above; automotive industry non-ferrous metal (aluminum/magnesium alloy) industry experience is highly preferred.
2.Rich experience in international trade, overseas B2B sales, independent new project development.
3.Fluent English inal written communication, capable of cross-cultural business negotiation cross-border team collaboration.
4.Willing available ffrequent business travel across Europe fcustomer visits project communication.
5.Strong market sensitivity, business negotiation skills, pressure resistance, target-oriented work attitude.
6.Good cross-cultural communication competence teamwork awareness ffrequent coordination with global teams.
