The company was established in April 2011 and majorly invested by Wuxi Guolian Group, Shenzhen KAIFA Technology, EPISTAR and MLS. It was the National High-tech Enterprise and National SIDR （Specialized, Refinement, Differential and Innovation） Small-Giant Enterprise. It obtained the tile of the Provincial Leading Enterprise, Provincial Manufacturing Industry Individual Champion Enterprise and Provincial Small-Giant Enterprise in Science and Technology. It also won the top 100 of Provincial Strategic Emerging Industry Enterprises. The company was named as the Key Enterprise of the Xiamen’s Future Industry and the Municipal Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise. It was also granted as the Demonstration Project for Cooperation with Taiwan on the west coast of the Taiwan Strait. The company was ranked as Xiamen’s top 100 enterprises and top ten of the Municipal SIDR （Specialized, Refinement, Differential and Innovation） Enterprises.
