本公司为了更好地服务客户，于2008年底在张市西山工业园区投资建立热处理分厂，并成立了张家口市三信通达机械有限公司。先后购置多台加工中心、数控机床及大型车床铣床开展机械加工业务。公司为了更好地达到客户的工艺要求，09年初又购置安装两台井式气体氮化炉（直径1.5米深度2.5米）和立式淬火机床。

We had passed and gotten ISO9001-2000 quality system certification. And it is a member that we are association of heat treatment of China. We had acquired standardization enterprise of association of heat treatment of China.

With creating and completing by ourselves for more years, we have become the first – and large special heat treatment factory. We have a special team that they were from some military manufacture factories. We have some high- engineers of heat treatment, engineers, and high- technicians, technicians from measurement of hardness and inspection and workers to be trained strictly. We can provide you good service any time. Advanced heat treatment equipment can meet you all kinds of heat treatment requirement. We have two sets of more function no oxygenation cementite and quench production line. We have all kinds of high, middle and supersound frequency of quench machine. Also we made 8 metric length of quench machine by own development and some cases and trolley resistance furnaces. We have complete inspection and test. It includes all kind of hardness tester, for example, HB, HR, HV, HM and all kinds of material test machine. We have 800-ton heat treatment capability per month. Our products are not only supplying national charge, coal mine, petroleum and all kinds of hydraulic pressure cell but also export to America, Canada, Italy and India.
