卓瑞石墨进出口（上海）有限公司为美国卓越石墨公司全资子公司。卓越石墨公司总部位于美国伊利诺州的芝加哥市，前身为卓越片状石墨公司，由William J .Carney于1917年创立。1945年，公司更名为卓越石墨公司，目前，卓越石墨经营着位于美国、瑞典及中国的五家独资工厂、两家合资工厂、一家全资子公司以及位于芝加哥市的一家技术中心。
