What You’ll Do:
Facility Management Coordination
• Coordinate oversee facility repairs maintenance in collaboration with technicians, vendors, contractors.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, conducting regular meetings to address unresolved facility issues.
• Manage environmental health safety(EHS)procedures ffacilities to ensure compliance safety standards.
• Oversee vendrelationships, including invoicing payment procedures.
• PPM plan execution monitoring
Procurement Inventory Management
• Review provide price quotes fthe procurement of parts, services, labfprojects.
• Identify, troubleshoot, resolve day-to-day moderately complex issues in existing systems processes.
• Interface with suppliers landlord representatives to meet established KPIs resolve issues.
• Monitconsumables to ensure adequate stock levels timely replenishment.
• Staff Supervision Development
• Provide formal supervision to employees, including monitoring training development programs.

Administrative Operational Tasks
• Raise purchaseders in CBRE systems fvendmanagement.

• Conduct daily facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, damages, janitorial issues, safety concerns.
• Log identified issues in the SI7 platform assign workders(WOs)accordingly.
Reception Meeting Support Services
• Handle front desk reception duties, including tracking visitinformation, preparing fVIP receptions, supervising access control processes.
• Assist with employee onboarding offboarding procedures, including locker assignments the return of administrative items.
• Support HR with resignation processes the collection of company property.
• Coordinate meeting resources, including arranging VIP parking, setting up meeting rooms, managing PTW (Permit to Work) signing procedures.
• Schedule allocate OT ftechnicians as needed to ensure efficient operations.
