工作职责:
1. Set up rules regulations of EHS fall staff to follow regularly monitthe employees’ activity to make sure the all employee behaviors documents are in line with the EHS discipline;
建立EHS规章制度,定期进行检查确保所有员工的行为符合EHS要求;
2. Timely report the safety accidents to top management/ HR government call meetings to do root cause to find out solution to avoid repeated happening;
发生事故时及时向高层/HR或政府报告,调查事故发生的根本原因并采取措施避免再次发生;
3. Deploy implement EHS related policies action plans from headquarters / government;
实施总部或政府的相关政策或要求;
4. Give enough training to all staff in EHS operation updates;
向所有员工提供足够的EHS培训;
5. Draft Safety WI to make sure safety work inside of plant;
制作安全作业指导书以确保工厂的安全生产;
6. Manage guard team fdaily safety work;
对保安进行日常安保管理工作;
7. Manage plant building acceptance EIA job;
负责工厂三同时和验收工作;
8. Manage plant PPE supervision HIRA jobs;
管理工厂个人防护用品,进行危险源辨识与风险评价;
9. Together with maintenance team manage special equipment related operators include, equipment register, certificate of operators, etc.;
协同维修部门管理特种设备及其操作人员,如特种设备注册登记、年检,特种设备操作人员证件获取及更新;
10. Testing the occupational hazard factors, exhausted gas water, firefighting facilities;
职业病危害因素检测,废水废气检测及消防设施年度检测;
11. Manage the waste;
废弃物管理;
12. Other tasks from plant manager.

任职资格:
1. Bacheldegree above;
本科以上学历;
2. 3 years’ experience in related field;
三年以上相关工作经验;
3. Knowledge of local & state EHS legislation;
熟悉当地和国家相关EHS 法规;
4. Strong verbal written English communication skills; Good knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office, etc..
良好的英语沟通技巧及电脑操作技能。
