    1. Ensure the operational deployment of SP strategic initiatives, following the guidelines of the Regional Sales Directin the assigned area
    2. Relate to, coordinate with manage key stakeholders inder to ensure strengthen local partnerships
    3. Support the Regional Sales Directin deploying the global sales strategy facilitating growth sales at the assigned area
    4. Support the Regional Sales Directin conducting Market Research to represent Cavotec establish new/additional products/service offerings
    5. Develop a business plan covering sales revenues fthe assigned area; assist in the development of the annual marketing plan
    6. Advise the Regional Sales Directon the geographical best practices inder to streamline the sales process in line with geographical trends
    7. Manage the sales team (when assigned) to meet agreed targets, promote theganisation’s presence throughout the assigned area market
    8. Identify new opportunities promote the system selling of division’s products
    9. Forecast sales feach product within the assigned area
    10. Deploy the appraisal system validated by the Regional Sales Directabout the responsibilities performance standards feach member of the sales team (when assigned), set geographical area sales targets manage individual team (when assigned) performance to hit the goals
    11. Develop the sales team (when assigned) through motivation, counselling, mentoring product training
    12. Monitthe performance of the sales team (when assigned) by establishing a system of sales reports cyclical sales meetings
    13. Identify the majexisting new potential customers markets act as a company ambassador
    14. Identify the majtop customers ensuring their needs are being met, that they are kept up to date with any new Cavotec products developments through various methods including meetings presentations

    17. Maintain a thorough understanding of cost pricing structures fassigned products customers
    18. Liaise with KAMs, in accordance with the Regional Sales Directsupport coordination fany Key Account in the designated area market
    19. Support the Regional Sales Directin identifying the majconsultants in the area
    20. Identify manage the Channel Sales Partners

    Qualifications任职资质要求
    1. Electrical Mechanical Engineering background in collage above
    2. Strong experience in value selling market knowledge. 5 years’ experience as sale ,3 years in port business is preferred
    3. Experience in negotiating international sales contracts.
    4. Familiar with Crane OEM main seaports in China
    5. Willing to travel
    6. Project Management interpersonal skills
    7. Good communicator, fluency in English (both spoken written)
