Main tasks & key responsibilities主要任务和职责
- Manage Sourcing Requirement, identify needs build up related sourcing strategy.
需求管理，梳理采购需求，制定对应的采购策略
- Conduct Sourcing Activities, including RFI/RFP/RFQ contract negotiation
执行采购项目，包括 RFI/RFP/RFQ 与合同谈判
- Work closely with cross-functional departments including Production, Warehouse, quality ESH, Finance so on
与生产、仓库、质量和ESH、财务等跨职能部门密切合作
- Compliance Management, ensure sourcing policy is correctly executed. 合规管理，确保采购流程与政策能正确的执行与实施
- Supplier Management, including new supplier sourcing, performance review
供应商管理，包括新供应商开发，绩效评估
- Customer(internal)ientation End to end mindsets with strong collaboration with key stakeholder
理解并聆听内部客户，有强烈的合作精神

Qualifications任职资质要求
• Bachelabove.
• Majin Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
• More than 2 years working experience in purchasing, procurement is an advantage.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, global team environment.
• Wide knowledge background findustrial products.
• Fluent inal written Chinese English is preferred.
