What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:

Aid in the development of AI/LLM data-driven digital products through rapid prototyping MVP-first approaches to validate concepts accelerate time-to-value.

Define communicate a clear AI/LLM product vision strategy that prioritizes speed, experimentation, learning through iterative delivery.
●
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, business stakeholders—to quickly test hypotheses refine product direction based on user feedback data.
●
Establish manage a lean product roadmap focused on delivering high-impact features with minimal viable scope, while maintaining flexibility to pivot based on insights.
●
Drive agile ceremonies sprint planning with a focus on short cycles, fast feedback loops, continuous improvement.
●
Champion a culture of experimentation, encouraging A/B testing, user research, analytics to inform product decisions.
●
Ensure MVPs are scalable extensible, laying the groundwork ffuture enhancements while meeting immediate business needs.
●
Oversee the creation of user stories, prototypes, wireframes that reflect user-centric design principles solve real-world problems.
●
Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs, timelines, outcomes of MVP launches.
●
Foster a team environment that embraces ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, thrives on delivering tangible results in compressed timeframes.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
●
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, related discipline.
●
7+ years of experience including product program management, preferably exposure to rapid prototyping, MVP development, agile delivery.
●
Demonstrated success in contributing to MVP launches improving products through iterative feedback cycles.
●
Strong understanding of lean product development, agile frameworks, user‑centered design.
●
Experience working in fast‑paced environments where adaptability rapid execution are essential.
●
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data use insights to inform product direction.
●
Excellent communication, collaboration, storytelling skills to align teams stakeholders.
●
Proven ability to support cross‑functional teams navigate ambiguity while driving progress.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
●
Master’s degree (MBA related field) with a focus on innovation, strategy, technology.
●
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Lean, related methodologies.
●
Experience with design prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), as well as analytics experimentation platforms.
●
Background in healthcare, pharma, regulated industries with familiarity in managing compliance constraints during MVP development.
●
Experience collaborating with distributed teams global stakeholders.
●
Priexperience in management consulting is a strong plus.
●
Experience with “Vibe Coding” AI capabilities to mock up quick solutions
