Job Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in formulating the companys strategic planning, business development plan annual business plan, promote their implementation.
Take charge of the overall operation management of the company, especially project operation coordination management, be accountable fcore indicators including the companys business goals, operational efficiency cost control.
Manage departments including Quality, Production, Logistics, EHS, Process, Engineering, Procurement, Project Planning.
Establish improve the companys internal management system, optimize business processes, drive all projects to be completed as scheduled.
Maintain sound communication cooperative relationships with other departments, senileaders team members; timely report the factorys operation status, existing problems solutions to superiors.
Evaluate analyze the enterprises operational performance. Collect analyze operational data, compare it with set targets to assess operational performance, identify problems put forward improvement measures in a timely manner.
Participate in various audits including internal audit, customer audit, product audit layer audit.
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree above, with relevant professional background such as mechanical manufacturing management.
At least 8 years of working experience in operation management supply chain production management in large medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
Familiar with production operation processes, capable of overall management of production, material control, quality, warehouse other production engineering departments.
Possess excellent operational management production management capabilities.
Have strong communication coordination skills.
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading writing, withal English competency fdaily work conference calls.
Be willing to travel on business accept overseas assignment.
Possess excellent abilities in planning, guidance, coordination decision-making.
