沈阳利源轨道交通装备有限公司是吉林利源精制股份有限公司的子公司。于2015年5月7日在沈阳市沈北新区市场监督管理局注册。公司注册资本：壹拾亿三仟万人民币。公司地址：沈阳市沈北新区蒲河大路158号。经营范围：城市轨道交通设备、铁路机车车辆及动车车组制造；铝型材深加工；门窗、玻璃幕墙加工、安装等。
公司成立后与2015年6月5日在沈北新区发展和改革局上报了《轨道车辆制造及铝型材深加工》项目，占地面积174万平方米，建筑面积109万平方米，铺设轨道车辆调试专用线3条；存车线9条，配置产品所需生产设备4126台套。项目总投资102亿。
本项目在沈阳市委市政府、沈北新区区委区政府的大力支持和帮助下于2015年6月20日正式全面开工建设，建设主要车间三十个，其中有单车调试车间、总装调试联合车间、涂装车间二个、车体车间二个、转向架联合车间、组装车间、检修车间二个、配件加工车间、备料厂房、部件焊接厂房、部件检修厂房、铝型材库、玻璃制作车间、轨道门窗制作车间、型材深加工车间六个、物流车间五个。截止到目前，正在做厂区路面和雨排水建设，园区绿化和树木种植，以及会议中心的内部装修。
本项目为两个项目内容：
1、轨道车辆制造(高铁列车、地铁列车、城铁列车和火车列车)，年生产轨道客车350列，年销售额168亿元。
2、铝型材深加工产品：电子产品深加工、电力产品深加工、机械制造产品深加工、交通运输产品深加工、太阳能产品深加工、建筑门窗，玻璃幕墙制作、安装等产品。各种深加工产品年销售额为40亿元。
以上两种产品年销售额为208亿元。

Shenyang Liyuan Rail Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jilin Liyuan Refining Co., Ltd. On May 7, 2015, it was registered in Shenyang Shenbei New District Market Supervision Administration. Registered capital of the company: one billion three hundred million yuan. Company address: No. 158, Puhe Road, Shenbei New District, Shenyang City. Business scope: manufacturing of urban rail transit equipment, railway locomotives and motor trains; deep processing of aluminum profiles; processing and installation of doors and windows, glass curtain walls, etc.
Established the company and the project of “Railway Vehicle Manufacturing and Aluminum Profile Deep Processing” was reported in the Shenbei New District Development and Reform Bureau on June 5, 2015. It covered an area of 1.74 million square meters, with a construction area of 1.09 million square meters, and layed 3 special lines for rail vehicle debugging. There were 9 storage lines, 4126 sets of production equipment for product configurations. The total investment of the project was 10.2 billion.
The project was officially started on June 20, 2015 with the support and assistance of the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government of Shenzhou New District. It constructed 30 major workshops, including bicycle debugging workshops, assembly and debugging joint workshops, two painting workshops, two car workshops, two bogie joint workshops, assembly workshops, maintenance workshops, accessory processing workshops, material preparation workshops, component welding workshops, component inspection workshops, aluminum profile workshops, glass production workshops, and track, door and window productions workshops, six profile deep processing workshops, five logistics workshops. Up to now, the construction of pavement and rain drainage in the plant area, greening and tree planting in the park, and interior decoration of the conference center are being carried out.
This project consists of two items:
1. Rail vehicle manufacturing (high-speed train, subway train, urban train and train train), producing 350 trains per year, with annual sales of 16.8 billion yuan.
2. Deep processing of aluminum profiles: deep processing of electronic products, deep processing of power products, deep processing of machinery manufacturing products, deep processing of transportation products, deep processing of solar products, building doors and windows, glass curtain wall production, installation and other products. Annual sales of various deep processing products are 4 billion yuan.
The annual sales of the above two products are 20.8 billion yuan.
