在品牌将近200年的历史里，cova坚守意大利*美味且*优质的巧克力传统，坚持使用*优品质的原材料，并严守集结了无数代人努力而研制的悠久配方。
我们坚持只使用***的可可脂定制品种繁多的各款美味的巧克力，巧克力内所用的酱料均来源于新鲜的水果和果酱，以获得新鲜纯净的口感，其自然的色泽更彰显出真材实料的天然本性，提升了产品的品质感。

2011年 cova 正式登陆大中华区, 在上海开设*间caffetteria。

our wide range of fine delicacies custom pralines produced only with cocoa butter; the fruit jellies produced with fresh fruits and jam to obtain the light fresh fruit flavor and natural colour which enhancing the quality and revealing a natural and genuine product.
each piece of chocolate is a delicately hand-made masterpiece of
artisan’s tradition. chocolates and fruit jellies are air-flown directly from cova milan to shanghai.
in 2011, cova exported its tradition aboard into greater china, inaugurated its first pasticceria-confetteria boutique in shanghai.
