锦乔生物科技有限公司成立于2008年，是国内*家有自主知识产权的功能性益生菌及冻晶干燥量产技术之生物科技公司，母公司为(台湾丰华生物科技股份有限公司—简称台湾丰华 -TW6553)以益生菌为主轴的上市公司。
JinLac Biotech Co., Ltd. was established in 2008, A first Chinese company with independent intellectual property rights of the functional probiotic company. The parent company is Taiwan Glac Biotechnology Co., Ltd. A Probiotic production of listed company（Stock code TW-6553）.

公司成立是鉴于国内在发酵酸奶、功能性益生菌食品、益生菌饮料、益生菌农牧业领域产品产业不断的扩大，且益生菌保健品市场蓬勃的发展。现今国内使用的发酵菌种大部分依赖国外进口，台湾丰华评估中国市场设置微生态制剂产业是势在必行的，对于发展中华民族自有的专属菌种与微生态制剂企业的想法油然而生。
Currently Jinlac biotech is focusing on the research development of different strains (including the development on the new technology and performance improvement), building the platform for functional screening and verification and also to upgrade the mass production ability for strains. Jinlac Biotech is then assisting on the optimization of new formula design, auxiliary materials, applications of starter and fermented products, and also for the agriculture and livestock products.

锦乔生技有限公司更于2012年于安徽宿州完成以GMP标准设置的三大厂房，于2014年10月完成宿州厂二期厂房建设（安徽锦麒）并投产，并于2016年底完工设立于江苏淮安经济开发区8000平米厂区的中国锦乔生物科技有限公司。分别为益生菌及发酵剂菌粉生产厂房、乳酸菌发酵饮品厂房、与功能性益生菌固体饮料加工、包装厂等。
