职位：工艺开发工程师
Main responsibilities：
1.Support the Ni Roadmap China development from R&D to Operational implementation to ensure optimal Ni-sulphate availability fXXX
2.Follows up CAPEX projects at the Chinese Refining JV’s which are defined/ developed/agreed between JV partners XXX. In the development, design in the construction phase his main responsibility is
oProcess development fthe new processes (including technology transfer)
oFollow up report the design & construction progress status
oActive support the JV partner on ‘project quality’ issues in the broad sense (industrial standards, environmental performance, occupational health safety, process safety)
3.Is closely involved during commissioning, startup early production phases of new plant workshops where he analyzes reports the progress made, identifies bottlenecks suggests improvements solutions
4.Ensure Technology sharing betweenXXX & JV partner (both way’s) in alignment with supervisor
5.Liaises between RBM Refining JV partners on technical process related information communication.
6.Maintain good relationship mutual trust between XXX our JV partners
7.Ensure information sharing to EST supply, RBM accounting XXX Refining on cost, capability, … at JV’s
8.Performs & reports scouting activities on selected Chinese Co refiners, Ni refiners Li battery recyclers, follows up Chinese patent literature on Co Ni refining
Required profile：
1.Master degree higher chemical engineering metallurgical engineering
2.Technical knowledge fworking with developing technical project documents such as PFD’s P&ID’s, quantitative flowsheets, specification sheets, process safety documents etc …
3.Have 5 year experience in a project environment production environment, preferably in the chemical industry.
4.Acquaintance with ‘Western Standards’ of (project) management execution (of capex projects..)
5.Willing to work on a daily basis in (Ganzhou and) Jiangmen city.
6.Fluent in Chinese English, including technical English (read, write)
7.Good translation skills
8.Thorough knowledge of MS office products. Knowledge of project scheduling programs is a plus (e.g. MS Project).
9.Experience with Quality EHS management systems is a plus.
10.Experience in flowsheeting process simulation is a plus

候选人需具备本科及以上学历（985/211），在外资化工行业做过工艺设计或工艺开发，或者有参与新项目或新产线建设的工作经验，有冶炼，冶金方面的经验，英语口语流利，能够作为工作沟通交流语言。
