岗位职责：
1. Leading product development activities related with engineering, PMI projects
2. Leading localization cost down projects
3. Leading engineering activities to support product line, quality, procurement, suppliers sales team
4. Leading supporting RCPS fproduct failure in test lab, customer side field
5. Leading engineering tests test results report out（PVPR）
6. Leading the engineering changes process
7. Conducting DFM/A activities any other technical engineering relative jobs
8. Work closely with the global engineering team to implement the product strategy locally

2. 主导零部件国产化及成本降低项目
3. 主导研发对于生产、质量、采购、供应商和销售的技术支持
4. 主导产品失效分析，包括新品开发阶段及客户端
5. 主导产品实验规划（PVPR）

7. 编写DFMEA，产品标准化等其他研发工作
任职要求：
1. Hydraulic mechanical background
2. Bachelor’s degree above
3. More than five years working experience with hydraulic components design development,bital motis preferred
4. Good at 3D software, Creo is preferred
5. Familiar with analysis software
6. Familiar with DFMEA, DFM&DFA
7. Familiar with trouble shooting (RCPS), four steps 8D
8. Good design review ability IP sense
9. Teamwork good communication skills
10. Good English skills, includingal written
11. Project management skills is preferred
1. 液压或者机电专业背景
2. 本科及以上学历
3. 3年以上液压元件设计经验，摆线马达优先
4. 熟练应用3D设计软件，Creo优先
5. 熟悉产品分析软件
6. 熟悉DMEA， DFM及DFA
7. 熟悉问题解决工具，4步法和8D
8. 良好的产品设计及设计审核能力
9. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作
10. 良好的英语口语及书写能力
11. 具有项目管理能力者优先
