Quality Coordinator

American Accessories International, LLC provides product design and manufacturing for some of the world’s leading healthcare and consumer goods brands. AAI upholds high quality standards for all of it’s projects and has developed a robust Quality Management System to ensure these standards are met. The AAI team is growing and looking for an entrepreneurial minded Quality Coordinator to directly oversee QMS operations including facility audits, product testing, and product certification.

Responsibilities & Duties

Work with AAI Engineering and Product Development team (in China and the USA) to determine product requirements including chemical, physical, and regulatory.
Work with factories to interpret and implement product requirements
Work with testing labs to schedule product testing.
Generate weekly outstanding testing and inspection lists.
Weekly scheduling of auditors to factories for audits
Proof-read and file facility and product inspection reports
Assist shipping department for local support

Qualifications
Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical capability and problem solving skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485, 17025 a plus
Experience with facility audits and product inspections a plus
Requires excellent communication skills, including presentations and technical writing
