成都马勒汽车热系统有限公司（简称CMTS）是上海马勒热系统有限公司于2013年2月在成都经济技术开发区投资成立的全资子公司。上海马勒热系统有限公司(简称SMTS)是德国马勒贝洱公司和华域三电汽车空调有限公司于2004年合作成立的合资企业，致力于开发和生产汽车空调模块、发动机冷却系统以及零部件。

Chengdu MAHLE Automotive Thermal Systems Co., Ltd. ( CMTS) was established in Chengdu Economic Development Zone in Longquanyi area in Feb. 2013, a wholly-funded subsidiary of Shanghai MAHLE Thermal Systems Co., Ltd. (SMTS), which is a partnership between MAHLE MAHLE GmbH & Co. KG and Sanden Huayu Automotive Air-conditioning Co., Ltd. . SMTS focuses on the development and production of HVAC modules, engine cooling systems and components for automobiles.
