JOB PURPOSE: This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation maintenance of the IT infrastructure within the designated region. It requires a strong understanding of network infrastructure, expertise in Azure cloud / M365 services, proficiency in PowerBI. This position will be responsible fproviding technical support, troubleshooting issues, implementing IT solutions to enhanceganizational efficiency.
REPORTING TO: Regional Head of IT Operation
Responsibilities:
1. Microsoft 365 Service Management:
· Administer manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams, etc.
· Monitoptimize M365 service performance, security settings
2. Azure Cloud Services:
· MonitAzure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, security
· Work with IT infrastructure team to implement optimize cloud-based solutions
3. PowerBI Implementation:
· Utilize PowerBI to maintain insightful dashboards reports fdecision making purposes
· Train end-users on PowerBI functionalities promote data-driven decision-making within the region
4. Network Infrastructure Management:
· Implement, maintain regional network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance reliability
· Troubleshoot resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime efficient resolution
5. Technical Support:
· Provide timely effective technical support to end-users in the region, addressing hardware, software, network-related issues
· Collaborate with the central IT support team to escalate resolve complex technical problems
6. Security Compliance:
· Implement enforce IT security policies to safeguard regional systems data
· Stay informed about industry best practices ensure compliance with relevant regulations
7. Documentation:
· Maintain accurate up-to-date documentation fnetwork configurations, system changes, troubleshooting procedures
· Develop user guides documentation fIT-related processes
8. Collaboration Communication:
· Collaborate with other IT professionals, both regionally centrally, to ensure consistency alignment of IT services
· Communicate effectively with end-users, management, other stakeholders on IT-related matters
Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field
· Proven experience as an IT Technician similar role, with a focus on M365 services, Azure cloud, network infrastructure PowerBI
· Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure certifications)
· Strong troubleshooting problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently collaboratively within a team
· Knowledge of IT security best practices compliance standards
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Ali Cloud Platform)
· Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) fautomation tasks
