The Sourcing Director will be based in Changzhou or Yuyao (Ningbo) This person will lead a team responsible for cost competitive strategic sourcing. This leader will drive cost competitive sourcing solutions working in collaboration with the international teams from early design (RFQ) to supplier selection and the first PO. The role develops sourcing strategies, solutions, and price roadmaps in ment with the Prym Group commodity teams. This person’s team engages Prym Group’s factory(s) or 3rd-party suppliers not only on assurance of supply challenges together with sustaining engineering, but also support efforts to resolve challenges associated with design for manufacturability.
