Main activities：
- Assist GM on the entire financial function, including cash/bank, AR, inventory, FA,AP, inter-company transactions other accrual.
- In charge of trial balance accuracy, group package monthly reporting.
- Lead the annual budgeting process other forecasting activities under validation of GM, explain discrepancy vs budget on monthly basis.
- Manage cash-flow, capital planning/spending make analysis.
- Assist GM to work closely with all plants all departments to identify weak points in processes potential cost saving, improvements in inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company social policy country regulations.
- Assist in training new personnel to perform duties fwhich he/she is qualified to perform.
- Review maintain company policies procedures to safe guard company assets & protect against unforeseen liabilities.
- Assist GM foperations as JV, acquisition, liquidation, etc..
- Work with internal/external auditors, banks, tax exchange authorities.
Qualification：
1. BA in Accounting/Finance
2. Minimum 5 years experiences in finance management in international group
3. Experiences in budget, financial reporting, joint venture other investment
4. Full knowledge of accounting standard both IFRS Chinese GAAP
5. Manufacturing company background, automotive industry preferred
6. Skill in the operation of a personal computer related softwares
