Sourcing:
Is accountable fall sourcing activities fthe assigned suppliers including the delegation to external service providers where applicable the related content handover to GBS
Maintains oversight proactively communicates potential supply constraints to the Category Leadership network
Supports sourcing events fstrategic initiatives in close collaboration with the responsible Category Leads
Stakeholder Engagement:
Understands business needs engages with global/regional local stakeholders to meet their priorities requirements
Establishes effective, trustful, personal relationships with key business stakeholders to set joint target agreements, align joint projects (if applicable also across categories), is the contact point fall Procurement topics fthe business stakeholder community
Defines the Procurement value add fthe business stakeholder community provides Procurement procedural know-how, guidance, governance
Supplier Management:
Creates monitors supply agreements over the entire lifecycle minimizing exposure to contractual risks in external relationships through the usage of terms conditions aligned with the legal function
Provides country-specific market intelligence to mitigate supply risk, gain competitive advantage, make better business decisions
Continuously conducts detailed supplier supply market analysis at the country/regional level looking at facts indicating market trends in supply base technology
WHO YOU ARE
BA/BS degree in science, engineering, business management
First experience in Procurement Procurement processes sourcing methodologies
Strong stakeholder engagement skills combined with strong collaboration, influencing, communication competencies
Capable to work in a global virtual working environment able to lead virtual teams
Experienced in acting in diverse cross-functional project teams working in a complex, global environment
Regional market insights
Financial acumen strategic mindset seasoned with analytical decision-making skills
Experience in procurement/category management fformulation, Transportation & Warehouse, TechCom is required.
High proficiency level in written spoken English, Korean Japanese.
