青岛红狮足球俱乐部有限公司

青岛红狮足球俱乐部（以下简称“青岛红狮”）于2016年3月14日成立，由欧洲和国内的企业家共同投资建立。在青岛市政府提高并发展中国职业足球的号召下，青岛红狮创始人的梦想是能够利用他们与欧洲、澳大利亚和中国投资者的联合项目中的广泛资源，在中国成立一支国际高水平的足球队伍。

青岛红狮足球俱乐部位于中国足球金字塔的第四层，我们的宗旨是发掘中国足球人才与国际接轨,在青岛市政府及青岛市足协的大力支持与帮助下，青岛红狮迅速发展壮大，组织开展了多项足球活动与项目，有效的帮助和提高了地区的足球水平。

青岛红狮寄望于为中国足球带来全新的足球发展理念。中国优秀足球青少年和足球运动将有机会在中国本土就可以接受到国际高水平的足球训练，使更多的中国足球运动员接触到荷兰先进的足球训练体系，在不久的将来培养出中国的“克鲁伊夫”、“范巴斯滕”、“范佩西”。

Qingdao Red Lions Football Club was founded on March 14 2016 by a group of investors from Europe and China, after the request of the Qingdao government to help improve and develop Chinese professional football. The founding members’ dream was to start a football club using their broad experience in a joint project with European, Australian and Chinese investors’ community.

Qingdao Red Lions FC is a rising star at the fourth level of the Chinese football pyramid through the club’s philosophy of running a well structured and professional organisation while using talent scouting and development to build their successful first team squad. With the help and great support of the local government, Qingdao Red Lions has been set up and is developing more and more initiatives and programmes to improve the quality of football in the local .

Qingdao Red Lions aims to distinguish themselves by using a new football philosophy that is unique in China. The main focus is to first of all identify and recruit talented young players and to have them developed by our foreign coaching staff by use of the Dutch football training system and football education methods that has resulted in famous players such as Cruyff, van Basten and Van Persie.
