All WALPOLE products are engineered for the most productive, accurate and reliable automatic processing that modern technology can provide. Our extensive range of equipment includes CNC tube benders, tube endforming machines (such as reducing/expanding, forging/swaging, doming/rolling and so on) .

In 2007, thanks to the wide range of feeders and loaders, WALPOLE has been not only just a pioneers, but a driver in CNC or PLC controlled machines and integrated automated systems progressively in Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta region and the central region of China. Up to now, WALPOLE has cooperated with some of more-established?global?car?makers, assists them meet the requirements of light-weight and energy-saving vehicle technologies to develop high-performance parts. In close collaboration with our customers we design new efficient products. We accompany the whole process beginning with a conceptual design, feasibility studies and prototyping to the start of series-production. With latest 3D-CAD software, WALPOLE works together with certified suppliers and utilizes a highly skilled workforce including specialists in all aspects of tube production as well as our ‘in-house’ expertise in the manufacture of all Walpole machines and accessories from single-part to complex parts. Hence we can optimize our customers production process. So we get a consideration of opportunities and risks as well as a time-line, plus a target cost as a conceptual design for the new product.
