Who you are:
- To support Great China MP U/F Maintenance engineers managers
- ensuring business continuity, animate manage the U/F Standard roll out
- perform technical audits all sites of Greater China MP scope.
- encourage support energy saving actions
- Manage the realization of New facility utilities, expansion, upgrade/improvement program (TDP Project).
- secure the construction deliverables each projects stage (Safety / cost / timing / technical / quality..)
- write technical specification ensure U/F technical standard local standards will be applied
- Ensure the preparation phase of the project : definition of the need, design, etc.
- Make sure all activities are compliant with local regulation (permits, certification)
- fthe construction phase, with the support of the EHS local regional representative, make sure all safety rules are properly applied by everyone
- responsible of the smooth communication to the customer (reporting, progress review)
- Ensure regular reporting / communication
- Work with sites provide technical inputs aligned with U-F standards on annual capex.
- To provide specific technical support on sites on U/F related matters.
- To apply Advanced Maintenance charter
- Local maintenance Teams development
- U/F Great China maintenance contracts
What you know:
● Bachelor’s Degree (Pipeline, fluid mechanics Engineering is preferred) above
● 8 more years’ facility & utility management, engineering experience in MNC preferred
● Fluent communications skills in English the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, foster positive interactions with team members stakeholders.
● Able to work in a fast pace multicultural environment.
