天津渤化南港码头仓储有限公司成立于2017年9月，由天津渤化化工发展有限公司和天津市南港工业区开发有限公司共同出资成立。公司坐落于天津经济技术开发区南港工业区，专门从事液体化工品、液化烃、油品等液体码头接卸和配套仓储业务，注册资本10.72亿元。
Tianjin Bohua Nangang Terminal Co., Ltd (as below referred to TBNT) is registered in Sep 2017and jointly invested by Tianjin Bohua Chemical Development Co., Ltd and TianjinNan gang Industrial Zone Development Co., Ltd. TBNT is located in Nan gangIndustrial Zone which specializes in the storage and jetty handling service forbulk liquid chemicals, liquefied hydrocarbon and oil products etc. with the registeredcapital of 1.072 billion.

公司将分期建设液体化工码头及配套储罐区，包括4个液体化工品泊位及总罐容为84.65万立方米的储罐区，占用岸线总长度1,300米，占地面积48万平方米，设计年总吞吐能力为1,000万吨。其中，一期项目建设1个100,000吨级甲醇专用泊位，1个50,000吨级液化烃专用泊位（主要用于乙烷、乙烯、丙烷、丙烯、液化石油气等的接卸）和1个 50,000吨级液体化工品泊位（可同时停靠2艘5,000吨化工品船），其占用岸线910米，使用海域17万平方米，年吞吐量780万吨，并配套罐容约38.75万立方米储罐区（单罐容1,500—50,000立方米的拱顶储罐、内浮顶储罐32台）。二期建设3个有效单罐容11万立方米的乙烷低温储罐，总罐容33万立方米。
The company will build the liquid chemicalterminal and supporting tanks in stages, including 4 liquefaction berths andthe total tank capacity of 846,500 cubic meters, occupying a total length of1,300 meters shoreline, covering an area of 480，000 square meters, with an excepted annualcapacity of 10 million tons. Among them, the first phase of the projectconstruction is a 100000 - ton methanol dedicated berths, a 50000 - tonliquefied hydrocarbon dedicated berth (mainly for ethane, ethylene, propylene,propane, liquefied petroleum gas discharge) and a 50000 - ton liquid chemicalsberth (can berth two 5000 tons of chemical ship) at the same time, coastline is910 meters, used 170，000 square meters of sea area, the throughputof 7.8 million tons, and supporting tank capacity of about 387500 cubic metersof storage tank area (1500-50000 cubic meters of single tank capacity vaultstorage tank and 32 inner floating roof tank ). Three ethane cryogenic storagetanks with an effective single tank capacity of 110,000 cubic meters wereconstructed in the second phase, with a total capacity of 330,000 cubic meters.

一期项目按照“化工装置区—仓储—码头”港化一体的经营新模式建设，实现智慧化管理和数字化控制，预计于2020年3月投入运营，服务于天津渤化化工发展有限公司的同时，兼顾天津周边地区第三方市场液体化工品码头接卸及仓储服务，拟接卸和储存醇类、苯类、脂类、芳烃等产品达36种。
First phase ofthe project in accordance with the "chemical plant area—storage—jetty”integration to build a new management mode, realizing the intelligentmanagement and digital control, is expected to put into operation in March 2020.The company also considers the third-party liquefied products market aroundTianjin and intends to discharge and store alcohol, benzene, lipid, aromaticand other products up to 36 kinds while serving Tianjin bohua development co.,LTD.
