主要职责及基本职能：
• 建立环境、健康与安全管理体系，并对环境、健康与安全相关事宜进行内部和外部审计，包括 ISO 45001、14001 标准以及安全标准化。
• 制定并优化环境、健康与安全体系，并建立具体的环境、健康与安全政策、程序、流程，并确保遵守相关法律法规。
• 定期领导全厂运营的环境、健康与安全风险评估，与部门共同评估工作影响，制定有效的控制措施，持续降低环境、健康与安全风险。
• 管理进入工厂的外部单位，加强外部操作流程，承包商控制是关键点，包括培训、检查等。
• 组织并领导定期的检查巡查，寻找安全机会，并根据工作范围采取行动。
• 实施环境、健康与安全事故调查，跟踪并跟进所有纠正与预防措施活动。
• 实施高风险工作管理，包括发布工作许可证、检查和培训。
• 进行个人防护设备类型识别和适配测试，检查和进行个人防护设备监督。• 制定环境方面的政策、程序、排放标准及计划，以符合当地法律要求。
• 危险废物管理，包括制定废物处理计划、进行废物处置等。
• 履行各类审计和系统维护的义务，例如非政府组织审计、客户审计以及来自政府和第三方的第三方审计。
• 实施排放许可证、环境监测和职业危害监测。
• 领导适用的 EHS 法律和法规识别工作，制定计划以确保运营合规。
• 日常工作，例如职业危害因素申报、将数据加载至环境监测平台和政府的危险平台等。
• 定期审查和更新 ERP 系统，并计划应急培训和演练以增强应急响应团队的技能。
• 制定并实施 EHS 管理体系和法律的所有必要要素的培训计划和三级培训。
• 举办与 EHS 相关的活动，例如安全月、全球安全日等。
• 领导并支持精益 EHS 以降低风险、环境影响和成本。
• 推动并跟进全厂的合理化建议和危险报告。• 与兼职安全团队协调合作，推广相关技能并推动改进工作。
• 为其他部门提供环境、健康与安全方面的支持和咨询。与内部业务伙伴保持定期沟通：分享*佳实践，通报现场实际情况，跟踪改进措施。
• 作为与当地安全和环境局或相关部门的联络人，处理其他相关事务。
資格與經驗
• 拥有 3 年以上制造业或相关行业的环境、健康与安全工作经验。
• 熟悉制造业安全与环境管理的流程。
• 熟悉安全管理的专业知识，包括设备保护、电气安全、消防安全、化学安全、特种设备安全、特种作业安全以及相关的国家和地方法律法规和标准。
教育与技能
• 专业为环境安全管理或相关工程领域，大专及以上学历。
• 具备良好的培训和演示能力。
• 具备出色的协作能力和强大的沟通能力，能够与各级管理层和员工进行有效沟通。
• 具有高度的工作热情，有良好的团队合作精神，并能够在压力下独立工作。
• 具备较强的故障排查能力和 EHS 实践能力。
• 具备良好的英语写作和阅读能力。
證書、許可證、登記
• 无需任何证件。优先考虑持有 CSP 资质者。
計算機/技術技能
• 熟练掌握微软办公软件（Excel/Word/PPT）
• 具备数字技能和敏锐的洞察力者优先。PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Establishes the EHS management system internal external audit fEHS matters, including ISO 45001&14001 safety standardization.
• To develop optimize the EHS system build up specific EHS policies, procedures, processes, maintain compliance with relevant laws regulations.
• Lead EHS risk assessment ffull plant operation regularly, evaluate the impact work together with department to establish the effective control actions, reduce EHS risk continuously.
• Manage the external units entering the factory strengthen the external operation process, contractcontrol is key point, including training, inspection so on.
• Organize lead regular inspections walks to finding safety opportunities take animation according to working scope.
• Implement the investigation of EHS accidents incident, track follow all CPA (Corrective Preventive Action) activities.
• Implement high risk work management, including issue PTW, check training.
• Take PPE type identification fit testing, check PPE supervision as well.
• Establishes policies, procedures, emission, plans of environmental to meet local legal.
• Hazardous waste management, including making waste plans, disposing waste etc.
• Fulfill the obligation of all kinds of audits system maintenance, such as NGO audit, customer, the third-party audits from government third party.
• Implement emission permits, environmental monitoring, occupational hazard monitoring.
• Lead applicable EHS legal regulation identification, make plan to keep operation compliance.
• Daily works, such as occupational hazard factdeclaration, loading data to environmental monitoring platform hazards platform of government etc.
• Regular review ERP, plan emergency training practice to Strengthen ER team skills.
• Develop implement training programs three-tier training fall required elements of the EHS Management system legal.
• To hold any activities about EHS, such as safety month, globe safety day so on.
• Lead support lean EHS to reduce risk, environmental impact, cost.
• Push follow up rationalization proposal hazards reporting from whole plant.
• Coordinate with part-time safety team to promote skills push improvement.
• Provide EHS support consultant to other departments, Regular communication with internal business partners: share best practice, inform about actual site situation, track measures fimprovement.
• As interface with local safety environment bureau related department, other related affairs assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years EHS working experience in manufacturing related industry.
• Familiar with the process of safety environmental management of manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with professional knowledge of safety management including equipment protection, electrical safety, fire safety, chemical safety, special equipment safety, special operation safety relevant national local laws, regulations, standards.
EDUCATION & SKILLS
• Majin environmental safety management engineering related. junicollege above degree.
• Good at training presentation.
• Advanced collaboration skills strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management staff.
• High passion fwork, good teamwork spirit, be able to work under pressure independently.
• Strong trouble shooting ability EHS practical ability.
• Written reading skills in English.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• None required. CSP is preferred.
COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Mastery of Microsoft applications (Excel/Word/PPT)
