Job Responsibilities
工作内容
1. Responsible fvehicle Integral safety-related testing, including EDR, L2/L3/L4 data recording systems, dohandles, active safety systems, etc.
负责整车集成安全相关测试，EDR，L2/L3/L4数据记录系统，门把手，主动安全等
2. Participate in formulating vehicle test plans, selecting test tools, implementing tests based on experimental objectives.
按照实验目的参与制定整车测试方案，测试工具以及测试实施
3. Develop test plans according to stakeholder requirements, coordinate resources, ensure timely execution.
按照相关方的要求制定实验计划，沟通协调资源，确保实验按照计划进行
4. Communicate report on test plans, results, issues, driving continuous improvement.
针对实验计划，实验结果，实验问题进行沟通汇报并持续改进
5. Diagnose analyze issues identified during testing, providing recommendations froot cause identification resolution.
针对实验中发现的问题，能够进行诊断分析，对于问题定位及解决提出建议
Qualifications
任职要求
1. Bachelor’s degree above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, related fields.
本科及以上学历，电气工程、电子信息工程、自动化、车辆工程等相关工程类专业背景
2. Proficient in electronic/electrical principles, vehicle E/E architecture, software testing fundamentals; solid hardware-software integration testing skills.
熟悉电子电器原理、整车电子架构，掌握软件测试基础理论与方法，具备扎实的软硬件结合测试能力
3. Skilled in mainstream diagnostic tools (e.g., CANoe, CANape) with independent signal analysis troubleshooting capabilities.
熟练使用主流信号诊断工具（如CANoe、CANape等），具备独立进行信号分析与故障排查的能力
4. Preferred: Experience in electronic/electrical product ADAS testing; automotive OEM/component supplier background is a plus.
具备电子电器产品或驾驶辅助系统（ADAS）测试经验者优先，有整车厂或零部件供应商相关工作经历者更佳
5. Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, responsibility, teamwork.
具备良好的逻辑思维能力、问题分析与解决能力，工作严谨细致，有较强的责任心与团队协作精神
6. Fluent English reading/writing ftechnical documentation; effective communication to drive cross-department collaboration.
良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读英文技术文档及规范；具备良好的沟通表达能力，能高效推进跨部门协作
7. Proactive, accountable, multitasking ability, resilience under pressure, continuous learning mindset.
积极主动，有责任心，能够同时处理多个不同的任务，抗压能力强，持续学习新事物
