Responsibilities:
- Proactively lead the development effort for the engineering team, and provide technical advice across disciplines
- Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
- Helping to grow and develop our team through hands on training and coaching
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Demonstrating strong knowledge and experience in Java like spring boot, spring cloud,with strong acknowledge with Kafka ;
- Demonstrating the capability to perform a solution architect across all aspects of a technology solution including integration, data, services, front-end, back-end, network, deployment, scaling, security, performance, and development
- Solid knowledge of software engineering including project management, development, QA and DevOps
- Deep understanding of software design pattern
- Demonstrating a specialization in verbal and written communication with the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders as required to meet strategic program/project objectives;
