1、 PCB设计与布局
PCB Design Layout
- 负责电机逆变器、电动助力转向、OBC/DCDC等产品的PCB布局、布线及工艺设计
Responsible fPCB layout, routing, process design of inverter, EPS,OBC/DCDC other
products
- 根据电路原理图进行合理布局，确保电路性能的稳定性和可靠性
Perform reasonable layout based on circuit schematics to ensure circuit stability
reliability
- 进行信号完整性（SI）、电源完整性（PI）和电磁兼容性（EMC）设计，满足相关标准规范
Conduct Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
design to meet relevant standards specifications
- 优化PCB设计以降低成本、提高生产效率，保证产品的可制造性（DFM）和可测试性（DFT）

Manufacturability (DFM) Design fTestability (DFT)
2、 功率电路专项设计
Power Circuit Specialized Design
- 负责功率模块（IGBT/SiC MOSFET）、驱动电路、控制电路的PCB设计
Responsible fPCB design of power modules (IGBT/SiC MOSFET), driver circuits, control
circuits
- 熟悉大功率电源Layout，掌握Buck、Boost、全桥、半桥等常见功率拓扑的PCB实现
Proficient in high power supply layout, mastering PCB implementation of common power
topologies such as Buck,Boost, full-bridge, half-bridge
- 处理高、低压大电流走线、散热设计、寄生参数优化等关键技术问题
Handle key technical issues including high/Low voltage/high current trace routing,
thermal design, parasitic parameter optimization
3、 跨部门协作
Cross-functional Collaboration
- 与硬件工程师协作完成器件评估、原理图设计及Layout布局
Collaborate with hardware engineers to complete component evaluation, schematic design,
layout planning
- 与结构工程师配合进行PCB与结构件的互动设计，满足机械安装要求
Coordinate with mechanical engineers fPCB structural component interactive design
to meet mechanical installation requirements
- 参与项目方案设计和评审，提供PCB设计方面的专业建议
Participate in project solution design review, providing professional recommendations
from the PCB design point of view
4、 生产资料输出与跟进
Production Documentation Follow-up
- 建立并维护PCB元件标准封装库，确保设计规范
Establish maintain PCB component standard footprint libraries to ensure design
standardization
- 制作Gerber文件、制板要求、钢网文件、坐标文件等生产资料
Generate production documentation including Gerber files, PCB fabrication requirements,
stencil files, coordinate files
- 跟进PCB生产过程，与PCB厂家沟通协调，解决生产中的技术问题
Follow up on PCB production processes, communicate coordinate with PCB manufacturers
to resolve technical issues during production
- 协助产品调试和测试，分析并整改PCB相关问题
Assist in product debugging testing, analyze rectify PCB-related issues
5、 技术文档与库管理
Technical Documentation Library Management
- 编写PCB设计文档，包括设计说明、布局图、布线图等
Prepare PCB design documentation, including design specifications, layout diagrams, routing
diagrams
- 总结设计经验，形成技术文档，支持团队技术积累
Summarize design experience, form technical documents, support team technical accumulation
任职条件Job Requirement
1.本科及以上学历，电力电子，电气自动化等相关专业; 硕士优先。
Bacheldegree above；Majin power electronics, electrical engineering; Master is preferred.
2、3年及以上电力电子硬件岗位layout工作经验，有汽车行业工作经验、熟悉EPS,逆变器，OBC/DCDC 等产品者优先。
At least 3 years power electronics hardware layout working experience, automotive industry experience, familiar with EPS Inverter OBC/DCDC is preferred.
3、熟练使用ZUKEN CR8000,Altium Designer、Cadence Allegro等PCB设计软件
Proficient in Zuken CR8000, Altium Designer, other PCB design software
4、熟悉英飞凌Aurix，瑞萨等主芯片layout要求及功率半导体器件特性及驱动布线要求、开关电源拓扑、EMC/EMI设计、安规标准等
Familiar with microcontroller(e.g, Infineon Aurix Renesas) layout requirementt power semiconductdevice characteristics related gate driver layout requirement, switching power supply topologies, EMC/EMI design safety standards
5、熟悉PCBA生产工艺标准，了解整个制程工艺（SMT、波峰焊等）
Familiar with PCB production process standards entire manufacturing processes(SMT, wave soldering, etc)
6、具备良好的团队合作精神、沟通能力和问题解决能力
Good teamwork spirit, communication skills, problem-solving capability
7、掌握英语四级，进行英语日常交流；日语是加分项
CET-4 above is must foral written English; Japanese is preferred.
