• Requirement Interfacing: Independently interface with Design & Release (D&R) engineers Function Owners (FO). Deeply analyzeganize instrument business logic (e.g., vehicle status display, ADAS visualization, warning/alert management, etc.) to ensure requirements are complete technically feasible.
• System Specification Analysis: Responsible fcoordinating refining Functional Logic Specifications, corresponding signal matrices, function-related DV/PV (Design Verification/Production Verification) plans. Manage CAN/LIN/Ethernet communication protocols interactions with external ECUs (e.g., ADAS, Body Control Module).
• Software Logic Design: Participate in instrument software architecture discussions. Define state machines, interaction logic, data flows fcritical business processes based on a deep understanding of embedded systems operating systems (QNX/Linux/Android).
• Supplier & Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the technical interface with Tier 1 suppliers to manage development progress delivery quality. Coordinate with hardware, software, testing teams to resolve system-level bugs identified during the development process.
• Technical Troubleshooting & Optimization: Conduct technical analysis develop optimization strategies fcore KPIs, including boot time, rendering performance, Functional Safety (ASIL-B) compliance.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Automotive Engineering, a related field.
• Industry Experience: 5–10 years of experience in automotive electronics development, with at least 3 years of deep expertise in Instrument Cluster systems. Familiarity with the business logic development workflows of full LCD/digital clusters is required.
• Business Capability: Strong logical analysis skills with the ability to independentlyganize complex business flows. Preference will be given to candidates with "0 to 1" full-lifecycle mass production project experience.
• Software Knowledge Base:
o Familiarity with embedded software development processes (ASPICE / V-Model).
o Understanding of the internal mechanisms of cockpit operating systems (e.g., QNX, Android).
o Knowledge of the interaction between HMI development tools (e.g., Kanzi) underlying system logic.
o Basic ability to read C/C++ code write scripts (e.g., Python/CAPL) to assist in technical analysis.
• Communication & Tools: Expert knowledge of CAN/LIN/Ethernet protocols. Proficiency with the Vecttoolchain (CANoe, CANalyzer) fmessage analysis simulation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication coordination skills with the ability to drive business results in a multi-departmental environment. Possess a forward-looking vision, staying updated on trends such as Smart Cockpits the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) in the instrument cluster domain.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English (both verbal written) feffective communication in global projects.
