职责描述：
1. You will develop, implement, manage EHS policies, procedures, programs in accordance with local, national, international regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), conduct regular EHS audits, inspections, risk assessments to identify hazards, assess risks, recommend corrective actions to minimize incidents ensure compliance.
2. You will investigate EHS incidents, accidents, near misses, determine root causes, implement preventative measures to avoid recurrence, provide expert EHS guidance support to various departments, including engineering, manufacturing, facilities, research & development develop deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels, ensuring a strong safety culture awareness.
3. You will manage environmental permits, licenses, reporting requirements, ensuring timely accurate submissions to regulatory bodies monitanalyze EHS performance metrics, identify trends, develop strategies fcontinuous improvement.
4. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders external agencies (e.g., regulatory bodies, consultants) on EHS matters, stay abreast of new EHS regulations, industry best practices, technological advancements, incorporate them Hitachis EHS programs.
5. You will participate in the development implementation of sustainability initiatives environmental impact reduction programs.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external internal regulations, procedures, guidelines.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, a related field. Masters degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in EHS roles, preferably within a manufacturing technology-focused industry.
3. Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), equivalent are highly desirable, in-depth knowledge of relevant EHS regulations standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
4. Proven experience in conducting EHS audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, implementing corrective actions.
5. Strong understanding of environmental management systems, waste management, air emissions, wastewater treatment, chemical safety. Demonstrated ability to develop deliver effective EHS training programs.
6. Proficiency in EHS management software Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail, ability to work independently as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage influence stakeholders at all levels.
