Job Responsibilities:
1., Validates tolerance commitment in RFQ with PLE;
2, Validates measurement scenario in accordance with customer expectation;
3, Validates the content of the Geometry Folder created by the Design Leader the EPM
4, Leads the Geometry Folder definition fcomplex innovative projects
5, Estimates the budget (hours + costs) needed on global geometry scenario to ensure convergence on a project submit to his Manager fvalidation
6, Supports project when negotiating the feasibilities ftolerances
7, Participates on measurements analysis
8, Ensures that the tools methodology are used correctly within the projects
9, Consolidates the dimensional production capabilities from the plant to improve tolerance calculation tools
Job Requirements:
1, Bachelwith experience Master’s degree;
2, Min 3 years of significant experience in geometry field in direct contact with customer, practice of interface job between product & process department.
