Responsibilities:
Handle client onboarding cases, where liaison/follow up with customers fopening account, KYC, etc.
Works with sales manager to ensure that all the client servicing requirements from the clients.
Assist to complete client RFP/Due Diligence documents during the onboarding process.
Communicate with internal stake holders (portfolio managers, credit officers, operations etc.), including HQ teams in PRC.
Arrange participate in client meetings/calls, assist in producing marketing materials such as client presentations, pitch books, product profiles.
Assist ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
BachelDegree above in Finance, Banking, Economic, Business Administration related disciplines.
At least 2 years’ client service, middle office, sales marketing experience, preferably gained from PRC financial industry.
Knowledge on financial market product such as RQFII, QFII, ETFs etc.
Language skill requirements: Fluent Korean, Mandarin English, Cantonese is preferred.
