Key Responsibilities:
1. Supplier & Manufacturing Management
a. Supervise production activities at local partner factories to ensure full compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, delivery standards.
b. Monitoptimize the performance of manufacturing assets, tools, facilities to ensure on-time in-full delivery.
c. Collaborate closely with vendors to analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, implement solutions to improve productivity operational efficiency.
2. Procurement & Supply Chain Operations
a. Manage procurement of production materials (e.g. packaging) marketing-related purchased goods, includingder placement, tracking, delivery follow-up.
b. Monitthe supply of key raw materials, ensuring stability in lead times, quality, inventory levels.
c. Identify develop new local vendors to support procurement localization cost reduction objectives.
3. Quality Assurance & Compliance
a. Lead quality assurance control programs to ensure finished goods meet MOTUL technical specifications requirements.
b. Uphold safety, quality, compliance standards across all production procurement activities.
4. Cost Control & Project Management
a. Analyze business needs supply chain risks to develop implement cost-control strategies.
b. Lead projects focused on cost reduction, supplier optimization, localization initiatives.
c. Track analyze market price trends fkey materials (e.g., base oils, raw materials) to inform procurement decisions.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
a. Work closely with internal teams to support product development localization efforts.
b. Provide data analysis reporting support to enhance supply chain visibility performance.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
a. Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain, Business, a related field.
b. 5–8 years of experience in procurement, outsourced manufacturing, quality control within an industrial manufacturing environment.
c. Experience in the lubricants, oils, related automotive/consumer goods industries is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
d. Strong knowledge of production materials such as packaging, base oils.
e. Proven ability to drive localization supplier development initiatives.
f. Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cost-saving optimization projects.
g. Outstanding communication teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with internal external stakeholders.
h. Fluent in English (both written spoken).
